    Well if your question is referring to everyday life, then, if current theories on hawking radiation are correct, it will have no effect other than furthering our current understanding of particle Physics and the happenings of the first picoseconds and before of the big bang, as well as proving or disproving the existence of the Higgs-Boson particle. However, if Hawking Radiation doesn't prove true then the rogue black holes (that are smaller than a proton in the nucleus of an atom) then they will begin to feed and we'll all be doomed in about 5 years. Though, common belief is that this shouldn't happen.
