Question: dear friends i want to ask one Q when we are receiving the any unknown call to our mobile why we are going to get the + seign before the no.(give technical reason plzzzzz)

    i think,
    0 used for STD calls
    00 (or +) and then country code used for ISD calls
    eg:- for india 0091 or +91

    it is just for a coding telecom
